I've been coaching since 2018 and have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients, from complete beginners to competitive athletes.

Over the years, I've helped clients lose over 100 pounds, regain strength and independence after injury, improve athletic performance, and build confidence both inside and outside the gym.

My experience includes working with former athletes, busy professionals, youth athletes, pregnant women, post-rehabilitation clients, and individuals managing chronic health conditions.

Some of the results my clients have achieved include:

-Helping a client with POTS progress to competing in marathons

-Guiding a combat veteran through a 60+ pound transformation and improved quality of life

-Assisting a client with a history of herniated discs in becoming stronger than ever while losing significant weight

-Developing female strength athletes who have achieved lifts such as a 275-pound squat, 315-pound deadlift, and 185-pound bench press
