I know what it feels like to be told you’ll never do something again. I was a college football player who battled shoulder dislocations, a torn hamstring, and a meniscus tear—and a PT told me I was done. I proved him wrong.
When my career ended, I gained 60 pounds. Later, stress and bad business decisions knocked me down again, and I gained another 50. Twice, I had to start over. Twice, I rebuilt myself. Not because I’m special—because I refused to stay down.
Since 2018, I’ve helped dozens of clients rise after injuries, setbacks, and life’s challenges. Together, we focus on:

I earned my Barbell Rehab Certification because I know what bad rehab feels like—I lived it. Now, I help people bridge the gap between physical therapy and real training, reclaiming the life they thought they lost.

Wyatt has helped me get stronger. He also helped with my back pain and posture. He made my legs into ham hocks, although my arms are ham slices.
I began working out with Wyatt in 2022 after my fourth child started preschool. I had very little previous strength-training experience and was pleased with the way Wyatt patiently taught me proper form and technique. He has always been very understanding of my individual goals and has helped me achieve whatever I asked to help me reach them. I would definitely recommend him as a trainer to anyone from beginner level to advanced.
